Abstract:

This article describes a unique method for predicting the excellent of moderate steel pipe weld joints produced through shielded steel arc welding (SMAW) the use of Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and fuzzy logic. The aim is to create a unique prediction version that allows welders evaluate the caliber of weld joints while welding. In order to handle ambiguous and uncertain enter, a fuzzy good judgment-based totally inference system is concurrently built the use of club functions and linguistic guidelines. The ANN version iteratively adjusts weights and biases to minimize the difference among anticipated and real exceptional rankings because it learns the difficult relationships among welding parameters and satisfactory indicators.

Year: 2023 | Conference Paper | Publisher: Scitech Conference Xplorer

Abstract:

Forecasting based on the time-based sequence has been much diversely deployed for the sake of estimation of forthcoming stock prices. The investigation and designing phases of any financial model can occupy a crucial part in the decisions taken by any investing persons, so that the trading process initiated be fruitful. Furthermore, these kinds of prediction methodologies are deployed for identifying the prices in which the stock gets sold. However, due to the non-linearity in the time series, there are chances for the resultants of the stock prices to get adversely affected. For addressing these issues, we desire to integrate/prioritize the two variants of Recurrent Neural Networks namely, GRU (Gated Recurrent Unit) and LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory). Our model is being trained with the help of the collected amazon stock price data from 2013 to 2022 August month along with Exploratory Data Analysis. With the comprehensive performance investigation, it was interpreted that our devised smart time series based GRU/ LSTM forecasting system was able to yield good outcomes and was also found to be robust when it comes to the time series that contained non-linearity towards the prediction of closing prices of 2 stocks.

Year: 2023 | Conference Paper | Publisher: Scitech Conference Xplorer

Abstract:

The goal of this operation is to clean the streets and college campuses. To put into practice the machine have specialized base design that is appropriate for Indian roadways. It detects potholes to avoid accidents, and is very helpful for cleaning the streets. The road cleaning machine lowers the number of cleaning personnel needed, which is also crucial for public health. This initiative is therefore quite helpful in day-to-day activity. The vacuum and scrubber on the road cleaning machine minimize cleaning time & method as simple as possible. As compared to current methods, this machine performs well overall. Although many different machines are employed for this purpose, our work focus on two primary goals i.e., cleaning and pothole detection. A customized base designed machine is needed in India because it needs a broader base of vehicle to travel effectively. The primary purpose of the task is to clean the road with little human intervention and identify potholes on street roadways to avoid accidents. This project includes functions such as hoover cleaner and sweeper. The total job is controlled by an ESP32 Micro Controller, and obstacle detectors are integrated to produce a system that requires minimal effort and runs efficiently.

Year: 2023 | Conference Paper | Publisher: Scitech Conference Xplorer

Abstract:

With annual costs in the billions of dollars, fraud is a significant issue in the banking sector. Artificial intelligence (AI) systems may identify fraud in financial tran sactions by identifying patterns that point to it. Two popular techniques for AI fraud detection are random forests and logistic regression. This study compares the efficacy of random forests with logistic regression for the identification of financial transaction fraud. We assess the performance of the two techniques using a collection of real-world financial transactions that have been categorized as either legitimate or fraudulent using a variety of criteria, such as recall, accuracy, precision, and F1 score. Our results show that random forests outperform logistic regression in the detection of fraud in financial transactions. Random Forest accuracy was reached. Our results show that random forests outperform logistic regression for financial transaction fraud detection. Random forests had a 99.5% accuracy rate compared to 98.5% for logistic regression. Random forests also showed better recall and accuracy than logistic regression. These results suggest that random forests are a better option than logistic regression for financial transaction fraud detection. Index Terms: data analytics, random forest algorithms, logistic recursion algorithms, machine learning, and fraud detection
